It’s a cosmic wisdom designed to support you in understand yourself more deeply, as well as to navigate life cycles with greater perspective and wisdom.

The missing link to living a truly fulfilling life is the challenge to trust oneself, which is the direct result of unapologetically loving oneself and being tapped into one’s power.
We live in an epidemic of people who don’t know how to love themselves, living unsatisfying lives and careers, staying in unhealthy relationships and never daring doing what makes them happy deep inside, whether it is to leave everything behind to move to a different country, to make art, or to share their gifts and passion through creating a business.
So much of the way we’ve been living has been conditioned by external societal authority, which has never truly been giving the chance to the individual to know who they really are and why they’re here. Hence preventing the individual to develop a sense of agency and sovereignty based on deep rooted self trust, self love and self leadership.

Meet your guide
My mission is to empower visionary women—artists, creators, intuitives, guides and leaders—to trust themselves, step into their personal power and embody their unique purpose. I guide women to understand their unique energy through tools like Human Design and astrology, while nurturing feminine embodiment practices that rebuild trust, safety, ease and confidence in their bodies.
Battling with hormonal issues, chronic pain and anxiety in my mid 20s I realized that I had never been connected to my body, that I didn’t know how to trust myself and that I’d always feared my power. I travelled the world seeking for answers, healing and empowerment. I began experimenting and studying from Astrology and Human Design to Tantra and Sacred Sexuality, from Buddhism and meditation to yoga, from somatics and energetics to the nervous system.
Through my work, I offer the tools and wisdom needed to transform fear into freedom, disconnection into deep embodiment, and self-doubt into clarity and confidence. Releasing self-limiting patterns whilst cultivating deep self love and self worth allows us to walk a path of liberation, joy, purpose and magnetism.
