Over the need to ‘improve’ and ‘better’ yourself, I’m here to support you differentiate by highlighting what makes you unique so you can thrive being you. The work and most profound liberation lies in raising awareness upon everything that comes in the way of that, such as societal expectations and people pleasing, perfectionism and control, and unprocessed trauma or emotions.
